The state of Texas is actually delivering penmanship instructions back into basic college classrooms, needing pupils to learn simple tips to write-in cursive. While these lessons dropped out of exercise recently considering technical advances, making such abilities seem unneeded, Colorado thinks it is necessary for youngsters to understand how-to write legibly.
